Ht. 5'0", Wt. 200 - Okay this is my first time on here. My sister Kim told me to come on. Well I'm 5 ft 200 pounds. Size XXL and 18. I hate shopping I go with my sister all the time. She's a 3 now and a S. I hate it. When we were younger we would get the same outfits now we can't. She always looks better then me. Everyone at school knows she exsists. Me no one knows. She a popular cheerleader and I'm a no one. I hate it so much. She doesn't know that until now. Well when she reads this. But everyday at school I see her with all the guys wishing it was me. She drives us to school so we stay after for a while and she flirts with guys and I sit at a table by myself. I've cried about this many times. I hate it that she gets all the attention and I get nothing. At home my parents are never home so our maids and butlers take care of us. Well she drops me off at home and leaves. I go inside and eat. I think my main weight gain problem is b/c of my sister. Everyday I eat like 3000+ calories. I NEED HELP... Any advice?? Please Help me

ok first of all life is about boys when your a teenager. I feel the same way. next year i will be in the same school as my "skinny and pretty" sister. she has had so many boyfriends and i have never had one. it sad.

eat fruits and veggies and 8 cups of water a day. drink water before, during and after all meals. also, if u want a boost to help u lose weight faster, take SLIM MINTS.

listen I have a family that is filled with thin girls who flirt endlessly. life really shouldn't be about just boyz and looks but unfortunately there are lots of people who think it is. don't be one of them. Focus on studying and find an activity that you enjoy like drama or something. as for helping you lose weight here are some tips. since you have maids and stuff I'm going to make the assumption that you can afford exercise machines. if you can't i apologize for making an assumption. But either way you should be able to walk, yes just walk, for at least 1/2 hr everyday either in the morning or when your sister drops you home and you have nothing to do but eat. as for your diet lets do portion control. For breakfast have anywhere between 100-200 calories. for lunch have anywhere between 200-300 calories and for dinner 200-300 again. Have fruits for snacks. this way you eat a normal amount and aren't depriving yourself. Keep this up for at least 4 weeks. mark down your results and do it again. DOn't focus on losing 30 lbs or 50 lbs or even a 100 lbs. focus on small intervals. like 5 lbs every month. it's may seem small, but it is small and when you see those 5 lbs are lost you want to lose another.
