Ht. 5'4", Wt. 230 - i do great eatting lunch and breakfast but it fails when i eat dinner. i eat to much of it. I need somethin to do around dinner so i dont have much time to eat. my family doesnt have alot of money and im already in private musiclessons one day a week and me and my mom go to a gym, i cant go without her and she is always realy busy. so i need a cost free activity to do daily. it cant be like doing an exersice video nightly cause i wont commit to it.

I always used to feel really hungry at dinner time...so i have a snack about 3 hours before dinner. Usually for my snack i have pretzels and laughing cow light cheese. my snack totals about 145 calories and the pretzels realyl fill me up. Then later(about an hour) i usually have a really big glass of iced tea or water. It really helps fill me up
