Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - hey people ... i finally rejoined the gym todsy and i did 40 mins cardio not much but at least im doing something ... im thinking about joing the basketball team down at my local pcyc 2 of my friends do it and they asked me 2 join with them .. i havent played for a club in like 3 years it should b fun anywho food 2day was weird breakfast: bowl of special k with no fat milk, then i went to the gym and when i got back i had 2 poached eggs with english mufins and ham, lunch i had ham and calsaw sandwhich and i dont kno wat im having 4 dinner yet ... watcha think ?? ps r poached eggs bad 4 u?

you should have not eaten anything before you went to the gym! that way.. you are burning fat instead of calories!! you know?? it's better to work o ut on an empty stomach.. and poached eggs are good for you!! yeah! of course! they give you protein.. try having 2 poached eggs and a piece of whole grain toast.
