Ht. 5'7", Wt. 226 - Help me i just went to the beaches in florida and kids said i was obese and have man boobs i am really overweight and do have them but kids shoud not say that i cannot even run a quarter of a mile or do 8 sit ups. I need a lot of help if u want to see a picture of me and tell me what i need to work on leave your email adress and i will sent it i never want to go swimming again even my docter says that i am wicked obese i have like 6 fat folds when i sit down help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the best advice i can give you is start slow. Start right now, don't wait. Begin by eating healthy and light exercise. Do this for a week. Every week after that increase your workouts by making them longer and more intense. Try doing different workouts like jogging and jump roping. From what I've seen, a lot of boys lose lots of weight by lifting weights. Try lifting 3 times a week at the gym or in your house. Hope this helped
