Ht. 5'4", Wt. 230 - Breakfast-special k bar(didnt have much time) Lunch-2/3 serving of yogurt cherios, 2 serveings of suggar free jello, 1/2 of a 100 calorie popcorn and 2 servings of diet green tea with peach. Snack- 1 rice cake and some diet snapple peach iced tea. i knew i wasnt going to the gym today so i took a extra walk and im going on the trampoline soon for atleast 10 min. just went grocery shopping and got a sandwich, the kind with lots of mayonaise and guacamole on it so i put it in the fridge and hopping my dad eats it. If i loose 3 lbs by next monday then i am going to buy myself some new nail polish, cause i really need some. HOW DID I DO TODAY???

You did good! But try to get more fruits and veggies. Too many carbs aren't good. Keep it up! =)
