Ht. 5'3", Wt. 158 - My family is driving me crazy!! I am an emotional overeater, so when someone makes me mad, or if im sad, then i eat. My mom made me soo made today that i ate like 10 hersheys kisses and 3 oreos. Im so stressed out right now. Ive already gained like 8 pounds the past 10 dayz cuz my dad has been back from a militry deployment so my mom bought a bunch of junk food. So, yeah im fat and im stressed and im mad at my mom, and i want to eat. Hope everyone else is doing dandy!

So find other things that can comfort you when you get mad. Try a cardio workout dvd, maybe a kick-boxing one? Or try just taking a walk, going running, playing an instrument, reading, anything. Don't eat junk.

The kisses I believe are 50 cal for every 3 so max you had like 300 calories. If you had 1000+300=1300 thats low for calorie intake!! You will be fine!!
Reply from mary, Age 15 - 02/13/07 - IP#: 70.171.238.xxx So this is what ive eaten today: oatmeal (140) granola bar (200) yogurt (100) crackers (50) sandwhich (150) crackers (80) and hersheys kisses and oreos (I DONT WANT 2 KNOW) So with out the junk i probably had almost 1000 (cuz my cals arent exact) so with the junk who know im stressed, pleeze pray for me
