Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - *Follows Lydsey in posting food* BREAKFAST: Special K w/ fat free milk and 2 pinapple slices LUNCH:Cliff Bar DINNER:Salad with many toppings(no cheese) and light dressing. Exersice: Weight training as in pliometric jumps, ecelerations, and walking. Track Practice ran about 2 miles. feed back?
