Ht. 5'7", Wt. 297 - One of the main issues I have with exercising is that I am always extremly tired when I get home from school. I can exercise on Saturdays and Sundays fine, but that's not really enough exercise in a week. I'm tired because I don't really get enough sleep [what teen does?] because I have a ton of homework, afterschool activities, spending time with my family and hanging out with friends. I usually don't get home until four, because of staying after with school things...and in order to get 8 hours of sleep I need to go to bed at 10. But for me, I need more like 10 hours to feel rested...obviously that's not possible. I feel like I'm always in a time crunch. So that's another thing, I barely have time to exercise, and when I do, I'm really tired and feel more like sleeping than getting up and walking. Any ideas anyone?

Wow Charlotte, I wasn't saying that I have less time than anyone else. I'm not making exscuses - it's a fact, I have a lot to do. Four to ten isn't that long seeing as how I have around 2 or 3 hours of homework a night, plus I have to help make dinner/eat dinner/clean up from dinner, which is an hour, and I have to start getting ready to go to bed at 9:15ish because I shower at night. Not to mention Tuesday's I go to my Dad's house the whole night, Wednesday's I go to my Grandparent's the whole night, Friday night I am out with my friends and Monday nights I see my therapists which is around an 1 1/2 - 2 hour ordeal. And in between all that I like to clean up, hang out with my friends, do laundry and relax a little while. So, in conclusion, don't bother saying anything if you're going to be rude about it. :]

the thing is the first week or so you wont wanna excercise and you will be really tired, but in a week or so after excercising you will have more energy and not feel so tired anymore...TRUST ME---its hard to start excercising but once you get the hang of it it feels great :)
