Ht. 6'0", Wt. 200 - hey guys, so this is what ive eating
breakfast- granola bar (100 cal)
lunch- a rice cake (60) a 100 cal pact (100) and a granola bar (100)
for dinner i had a lean pocket (320)
and then for snake later i think im going to have some carrots (35) and ranch dip (110) i know dips bad...but it makes them taste sooooo much better...and i have 3 hours of volleyball practice tonight? doing ok?! i hope so :) PS happy late valentines day everyone!

for ur breakfast through lunch u had straingt grains u need some protein,dairy, fruits and vegetables, u may not eat very much but if u ate balanced u'd lose weight a whole lot quicker and faster

with the dip sometimes u just have to let go just think u could of had so much for 110 cals, plus maybe find a better alternative hummus taste great with carrots and my opinion it's much better than ranch

Be careful going under 1,000 calories. Your hight is to much for that few calories. When you eat like that your likly to over eat once the lack of calories cetch up with you. Also if you like lean pockets try the whole wheat ones they are yummy!! Also try slowly adding things like a bannana or other fruit to breakfast and veggies with lunch.

try not to eat so much processed food.. have whole grains, veggies, fruits, lean meats.. stuff like that.
