Ht. 5'5", Wt. 166 - Start: 184 Current: 166 Goal" 145-150 Hey! I haven't posted in a while because I had a stressful January but now I feel great! I've been sticking to The Diet for Teenagers Only and I exercised EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I've never been able to accomplish that before! I feel so much better about myself now. I do yoga on Saturday mornings, every Wed. I have high-intensity P.E. and every Friday I do a different high-intensity full 30min. workout DVD that includes cardio,toning, and flexibilty. During the week I do mini 10 min, workouts toned for your hips, belly, and thighs. I encourage you all to start small. Work your way up to working out most days of the week or join a sports team! Have lots of fun and much luv this Feb. '07!!!
