Whole-wheat pitas w/ turkey slices & whatever veggies you want is really healthy. I usually put lettuce, tomato, avacado, olives, mustard, and italian dressing and then have it with a peice of fruit....yummy! =)

a sandwich made with light bread, usually 2 slices are 70 calories, add some light cold cuts ham or turkey, it around 80 calories for 6 slices, add some tomatoes, lettuce, and some mustard if you want. Take an apple for desert.
