Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - hey everybody! I wanted to let you know about a great website called fitday.com. you can track all your food and activities for the day and it tells you your calories and stuff. the only thing i dont like is that it takes a while to find the right exercises and activities on the list. i was wondering, cause its not on the website, if anyone knows how many calories you burn in a regular day of school? thanks!

thats dead wrong. i went to a doctor. and if i sit and bed and do nothing but breathe and have my heart pump blood i burn 1900 calories.. therefore in order for me to stay the same weight.. i can eat 1900 calories a day.. my trainer burns 3000 a day.. but like i said.. i workout A LOT.. so yeah it depends on how much muscle you have becasue muscle burns fat

It depends on your weight, your activity level and how much muscle you have.. the only person that can tell you how much you burn on a typical day is a doctor.
