Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - ok you guys i havent been on here since i was like 15 and now im a senior in highschool and i always said i wanted to lose weight and i didnt when i was younger but now im in the same predicament... i need to lose weight and i just need to get to it... so i need some motivation... here are my activities, i run track and i am the team captain of the rugby team im really good at rugby but im not soo great at running also we have this senior project that is worth 50% of our grade and i chose to do a 5k and every time a race day comes near i get sick, im getting sick again but tomorrow i am going to start taking a multivitamin so that will help that but yeah just any advice would be great, im going to do protein shakes in the morning and after workouts and then just try and incorporate fruits and veggies in there somewhere...

I just got two new weight loss books and they are great you should read them, they teach you everything and how to cook meals and get active.
