Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I'm very self-concious about my sides....or love-handles I guess you call them...and my thighs....what excercises are good for toning those areas?? I want to tone those areas of my body and feel more confident about myself.

Well you simply can not spot reduce. The trick is to do lots of cardio, you will shed weight everywhere, and do resistance training to tone up, and then build muscles in the smaller areas in order to create ballance. Atleast thats what my trainer told me.
