Toaster studels are junk food. Sierra mist is bad. Don't drink pop. Chips aren't good, unless they are baked then they are OK. Rice krispies aren't very good but it's okay to have like a small 90 calorie one. You need more fruits and veggies not just 2 per day. Ever heard of 5 a day the COLOR way? You are supposed to have 5 different colored fruits and veggies per day. Try that. Good luck. =)
