Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I am soooo confused. My boy-friend told me that calories are what make you fat. Then this guy who lost weight told me that CARBS make you fat and calories don't matter, like he would eat a lot of calories just low carbs. He said not to eat bread, potatoes, and rice and stuff. UGH. I love those things.

I agree with jenny but also the boy that lost all the weight is right to my aunt and I try to lose weight and we stay away from those foods and the weight just flies off! i mean whole wheat bread is good and brown rice but personally I think that brown rice is gross! i replace rice with lettece or cabbage!

proportion and oganic foods is the way to go
