just eat healthier and exercise at leat 30 minutes a day since your probubly just starting off, dont exersice to much or do anything to challenging, like just walk around your neighborhood for 1/2 hour or dane to some music, and when eatting healthier, just eat better things than usual like eat turkey over beef or pork, and eat fruits instead of eatting cake! you will do great I know you will and I am sorry this is so long!
