Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - ughhhh i am so freaking mad. i worked so hard this week and i gained half a pound...i dont get it! this sucks
Reply from Samantha, Age 14 - 02/25/07 - IP#: 71.164.4.xxx It's all your water weight, when you retain water some days it looks like it on the scale that your heavier but your really not. read the book called The Diet for Teens Only by Barbara Schroder and Carrie Wiatt. It tells you all about it.

Keep working at, any by next week, you'll probably see that you did lose weight. If it says you gained weight again, look at your diet regimen and see if there's something you can improve.
