Ht. 5'2", Wt. 246 - hey guys... i am going to start on myy diet tomorrow definately! my mom bought all of these fat free and reduced fat foods. she bought a looot of fruit, tuna, quakes, fat free chips,fat free bologna,miracle whip so i am for sure gunna start a diet tomorrow!! also i have a sister that goes to college.. okay well she used to have this mini fridge... well it has been sitting in our garage so mii mom is going to put it in my room and i can put all the healthy food in it! isnt that a great idea?? welll i think so.. well if you have any tips AT all they would be well appreciated!! thank you!!!

If you constantly eat fat free, and fat reduced foods, then you'll gain weight. The fat doesn't mean a thing.It's all bad on calories, and carbs. You need to seperate the good carbs from the bad, and burn off more calories than you take it. Greens, tuna, salmon, lots of fish is good. Plus, Mrs. Dash is a very good seasoning with few, or no carbs at all. It depends on what type you get. Good luck!
