Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I need tips on sticking to healthy eating and excercise. I have binges all the time and it's horrible! I can do good for a couple days, then it gets really really realllllyy bad. Help me. I'm sick of this. I just want reach my weight goal and have a healthy lifestyle.

that happens to me too. or sometimes i'll just forget and eat a lot. when i'm doing well, what works for me is to imagine my goal. for me, its a bikini this summer. so i stop and think to myself, would i rather eat this cookie or look great on vacation? and it works! also, dont force yourself to eat healthy foods you dont like, theres a better chance youll end up binging. there are a ton of delicious, healthy foods out there.

im exactly the same!! go good for a few day then really bad then i start agiain saying gunna do get then just rerapeat the process! its so frustrating!!!!
