Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - Hey everyone! Well i used to come to this site all the time and i kinda just stopped so there's probably no one here that remembers me but oh well! For any newbies out there I found that this site helped a lot just as motivation. When I first started i weighed about 200ish and i got down to 155. Right now i've gained a few back and i'm 165-170ish i don't really know cuz i hate the scale ;) But yea i know a lot of its just from lifting but i just would like to still get to my goal weight which is 145ish. The exercise part isn't hard for me b/c i lift everyday and then i go work out at my gym i belong to after school, its all that dang food that kills me! But I think if i start working on it now that i can keep some good habits for when i go off to college next year.
