Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - UGH!!! I work out everyday but my problem is that I can't control my food. I don't eat a lot but I eat unheatlhy. like I eat around 1200 calories everyday but it is usually really bad stuff. like today i had cheetos and fries for dinner. yes I do eat dinner early.
Reply from caitlyne, Age 15 - 02/27/07 - IP#: 74.14.229.xxx one serving of cheetos and fries puts you at about 600 calories already. it seems the simple solution to your problem is to try and eat NATURAL foods... ie: stuff that grows from the ground such as vegitables, meat, and potatoes (that arent fried). In eating 1200 calories a day of pure crap, you arent fueling your body the way it deserves. Chances are you're very deprived of much needed vitamins and nutrients. Try having one "cheat day" for eating those foods that are somewhat addicting... Otherwise try to stick to eating healthy foods and you can eat as much as 1600 calories a day and still lose weight. remember... 5-10 servings of vegitables a day!! Good luck :)
