Ht. 5'2", Wt. 149 - Alright i havent posted in a week, that's probably why I am slacking off. Anyways today i got back on track and started out with, - Fiber Bar it has like oats and some chocolate its very healthy and Best Life Approved that was 140, a cup of milk 180 ,- 1 cup of strawberries 100, 1 peanut butter sandwhich on 5 grain bread 210,SNACK- 1 orange 80, DINNER- chicken,mashed potatoes, and carrots 400.
EXCERCIZE- 1 mile 3/4 run 1/4 walk, 2 hours of cheerleading, 30 minutes of yoga
