Ht. 5'6", Wt. 151 - so what do you guys think about doing a swimming workout for my workout. do you think i would need to add more? if i did liek an hour of swimming a day.. woudl that be enough working out? or whate.

Swimming works out all of your muscles, while not making you bulky. Swimming will be a very good workout, good luck!

Swimming is a great work out it just depends on how intense u r doing it

It depends on how much you want to lose. If you want to lose a lot of weight than do the swimming but add some up-beat cardio too. But otherwise, an hour of swimming a day is great.
