Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Ate perfect today about 1500 calories. Then I went and worked my schools snack bar and ended up eating a thing of nachos, 2 slices of pizza, a hot chocolate, and a thing of hot tamolles. What the **** is my problem??!!

I have trouble not eating foods that are right in front of my face. What i do is a bring a giant bottle of iced tea(or water) and when i am tempted to eat the food i drink the tea and it really helps
