Ht. 5'0", Wt. 126 - ok, so my diet officially starts today. I have exactly 3 months - March, April, and May to loose 26 pounds. We leave for florida on June 2nd. One of my problems is that the only veggies i like are corn and potatoes - the starchy ones. What should i do to get myself to like the other kinds. Also, does anybody have some fun exercises?????

I also like bike-riding, Tae Bo dvds, inline skating, hula hooping, jump roping, running up and down the stairs, jogging, and lotsa other things......
Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 03/01/07 - IP#: 65.54.155.xxx Try just having garden salads with a variety of veggies. Try doing veggie recipes. Just eat them, they are good for you lol. You can try eating veggies with some maple syrup over them (just a little won't hurt.) ;) Good luck!

I know alot of the nutrients are baked out of the veggies..but its better than nothing. Also try having a veggie salad. Drizzle them with italian dressing its really good. Or even make your self a smootie. Add all your favorite fruits then throw in a some broccoli. The fruit taste overpowers the veggies and you cant even taste the broccoli!
