Ht. 5'5", Wt. 164 - Hey guys. I got back on track today, and am feeling really great. I just started a new workout tape called "Walking Away the Pounds." I've heard good things about it, but was wondering if any of you, personally, have tried it, and if it has helped you. Thanks!

Hey Sarah, walk away the pounds are good ones. They boost your metabolism and work your muscles, especially in your legs. I especially like to do it in the morning because it's easy and relaxing. I have one by leslie sandsone called walk & jog. It's like a little jogging in there, too. I like it a lot. It really works!! It tones you up. Good luck with everything!! =)

i just started using that one too. I am using the 3 mile one. its kinda hard i usually only do it untill 2 or 2.5 miles i really trying to do it all the way through i think maybe it a couple of weeks i will be able to. But i like it so far. It's pretty fun and the moves are easy to get.
