Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm so mad! I try to jog for 1/2 hour 3x a week and i was going to today but i cant. I have a medcal condition w/ the bottom of my foot and there are some days the pain is unbeareable. So of course today is one of those days. Any pressure on it hurts. So i cant jog! and jogging is like my only exercise. (besides 100 crunches a night) is there any cardio i can do w/o putting pressure on my feet? just rereading that sounds stupid. erghhhh im so frusturated today. and i feel so fat cause i ate a stupid cookie at lunch and i cant even work it off. i dont even have time this week to jog again. of course the one day i can...i cant. and im actually motivated today. sorry about my venting. :[

biking, depending on where in your foot it hurts. And of course swimming is pretty much the ultimate nonimpact activity there is.
