Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 155 lb - i started my diet today i ate an apple for lunch a total of 450 calories for lunch and a slice of pizza (1/3) of what i usually eat and a diet mountain dew how am i doin please respond.

Just stay away from diet drinks or soft drinks all together....waters much better.
Uh, 1000 crunches? not going to do much. Try some cardio; that's just strength training. And doing all those crunches will just give you muscle UNDER the layer of fat on your stomach, pushing your stomach out more.

i forgot to add i did 1000 crunches and no im not just saying that.
