Ht. 5'7", Start: 247 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Jeezzz, for some reason I get on track but get right off track.. I was on track for a while and lost 14 lbs. but I always lose motivation. I was exercising in the beginning but lost all motivation for it. Does anyone know what I can do to keep on track??

try getting a magazine picture of a realisticly thin or healthy weight model and stick your head on them and pin it up!! its sounds dumb but hey, it mite work

think of how you will look in a bikini this summer to motivate your welf and put a picture of you at your biggest on the fridge to remind yourself of how big you were also put one of what you looked like at your slimmest that should work.
