Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 03/07/07 - IP#: 67.163.196.xxx there are tons of healthy foods out there. fresh veggies are great! i like dipping the veggies in a little ranch cause it tastes so good but if you are really seroius about dieting dont have ranch its fatty. i try to focus on NOT eating junk and then eating healthy kind of falls into your lap.
