Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 155 lb - i did 1000 crunches last night but someone said it was wrong what exercise should i do???

They said to get aps like usher even though your not a guy. To do 1,000 crunchs a day

Cardio is the best way to go when you're trying to burn fat and lose weight. Walking, running, bike-riding, aerobic exercise tapes, and anything else that gets your heart pumping is cardio. Crunches will only tighten your stomach muscles, not burn the fat.
