Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. for breakfast 2/3 cup of Honey nut Cheerios, water. For exercise 15 min basketball. For lunch sandwhich, 100 cal pak, fiber bar, water, and some popcorn. 20 min basketball. And 30 min basketball. But I also burned 100 or more calories during class. For supper a whopper with just ketchup and pickles, and some onion rings, and a small pop with one refill. Then I did 100 crunchs, 30 jumping jacks 3 or 4 min elliptcal machine. How Did I Do PLEASE REPLY!!

That's not very good. The cereal was good but have fruit with it in the morning. You need more fruits and veggies.

awesome( next time try a salad and youll burn mroe calories to losting pounds instead of burning waht u ate , but good!
