Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What do you think of having this for lunch: 2 chocolate rice cakes w/ 2 tbsp. peanut butter & an apple....I like that lunch a lot but I think it's too sugary...8g from rice cakes, 6g from peanut butter...and I don't know about the apple...hmmm

Sugar is one thing but I'm not to sure that would really feel me up. Are the rice cakes fiber filled? I'm just wondering if it's no of those yummy things that are great for about an hour and then you CRASH!
