Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm posting my daily stuff...well here it goes. Breakfast: Total whole wheat cereal w/ 1% milk & an orange; Lunch: fat-free yoghurt w/ blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, raisins, & granola; Snack: carrots w/ salsa & rye crispbread; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal w/grilled chicken, pasta, veggies & carmel apple dessert & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: 15 min. cross-trainer, 15 min. stationary bike, 30 min, treadmill (but I mostly walked), and 100 cruntches. Please comment.

The 1% milk or skim milk is really good for you. Other wise you did really good

sounds good, id just knock the 1% milk to skim milk
