Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ug. Didn't lose any weight my first day. Probably water weight. But for breakfast I had a Burrito (300 cal.) and a glass of light mango juice. I live in an apartment complex that has a fitness room/gym that's free for the people who live here so I guess I'll start going there again. Thanx for the advice Rachel. :]

be careful with juice it has a lot of sugar in it
