Ht. 5'5", Start: 220 lb, Today: 699 lb, Goal: 115 lb - What motivates you guys to stick a "diet" I want to adopt a healthy life style really because I want to look good and live long but I always seem to be putting my health on the back burner, I just had a whopper combo with Iced T and I feel so guilty, do u think I should eat 4 the rest of the day? maybe I'll have a snack because Ive let myself go, and Im graduating in about 3 months eeee. I need 2 be commited and self-disciplined badly!!!

well just think when you get thrown off your diet dont just be like OMG IM SOO FAT be like ok well i need to eat a really healthy dinner like a salad... or something very small in portion, dont focus on your food just wait until you get hungry and then have a small portion and lots of water also if you are feeling really guilty just create a set amount of running, crunches, pushups and squats to do everytime you mess up, do rather a lot so you are less inclined to do it...

the thought of wearing a bikini and the fact that i put a picture of the fatest and the skinniest ive ever been on the fridge mabey you should try that.
