Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 155 lb - today i ate 600 calories i ran for 10 minutes i had no sodas HOW DID I DO PLESE REPLY???

im not starving my self i just havent eaten dinner and i havent finished exercising today

Honestly, you did terrible. Your body will go into starvation mode is you keep it up. And I really doubt you are getting all the nutrition you need with only eating that much. Also, IF you are not starving yourself (like you are now) you should be doing more than 10 minutes of exercise, even if it's only walking.
