Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 155 lb - i forgot to adjust my last post, i also had 25 minutes of basketball practice and walked because of my school 10 minutes after lunch. Question when any of you walk do you giggle??? PLEASE RESPOND

yep a little. but toning and cardio will help with that.
