Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. For breakfast somekind of ham thing but I took 2 bits and gave it to my mom then I had 2/3 cups of cereal and water to drink. For lunch, a sandwhich, 100 cal pak, and 150 cal fiber bar. For supper I got a kids meal that had two tacos but i only ate one and then I had like 5 cinnamon things that you get with it,and a small pink lemonade. For exercises 15 min of basketball and running, then 5 min of walking, and 5 min of eliptical machine, then I did 100 crunchs with a ball. Then 20 situps with a ball. and 15 leg crunch. plus many more. PLease tell me How I did

I'd be careful about "the cinnamon things" They're probably high in sugar, and instead of lemonade you should have gotten water.
