l-wheat bread with plain canned chicken and carrots
snack- saltines with some chicken,
i havent had super yet, i also walked to the store with my friend, we hung out, then we took my dog for a walk. i need to do crunches 2day but now i have to practice piano since im going to state on saturday. how did i do? 3 rachel PLEASE RELPY!
