Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - kind of a dumb question but howdo you do a crunch correctly? are your shoulder blades supposed to lift off the floor? and also, are sit-ups better? (theyre definitely harder for me!)

Honeslty I'm not sure what one is better. But when I think situp I know i feel my lower abs and when I do crunches I get more of mid abs. I think thats more the difference. Some of both probably wouldn't be a bad idea. As for the shoulders you want to get them off the ground and make sure they don't touch the ground when you go down. The whole object is to keep your abs contracted and you don't do that if you let your shoulders rest on the ground.

Your sholders are supposed to be off the floor and either crunchs, or situps are good for im not sure which one is better
