(theyre definitely harder for me!)
Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 03/08/07 - IP#: 69.19.14.xxx Honeslty I'm not sure what one is better. But when I think situp I know i feel my lower abs and when I do crunches I get more of mid abs. I think thats more the difference. Some of both probably wouldn't be a bad idea. As for the shoulders you want to get them off the ground and make sure they don't touch the ground when you go down. The whole object is to keep your abs contracted and you don't do that if you let your shoulders rest on the ground.
