Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - okay i put on two pounds. ive been eating a lot of unhealthy foods.. ie toast with peanut butter and hot chocolate.. and jubejubes.. blehh im on day 3 of my period. i hate that i feel like eating EVERYTHING in site. help!

grab a SMALL amount of what ever it is you want to eat leave before you eat any of it and then put your work out clothes on, eat your snack and then do a work out you have set aside for the day also drink a ton of water

A peice of whole wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter is actually very healthy for breakfast along with fruit & a little 1% milk.
