Ht. 5'8", Start: 300 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok i have been doing at least 120 minutes of cardio a day for the last 4 days so i am hoing to have more than a one pounds weight loss this week do you think i can do it lol wish me luck

yeah you can def. do it, make sure you are eating healthy carbs an hour before workouts and a good source of protein a little after so you can repair muscles ...also dont forget muscle training exercises like crunches and squats and stuff
