Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok so here's how my day went
breakfast~ Burrito and glass of Mangojuice
snack~ 90cal granola bar
Lunch~ Hot sandwich. ( whole grain white bread, light turkey, cheese, light mayo)
snack~lowfat triscuts with humus
Dinner~ Mexican taco mix thing ( a taco carsorol thing )
then I had some celery. yummyyummy
and I just went to the library and got a bunch of diet books including the diet for teenagers only. I heard that's a good one. how'd I do today?
