Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Yesterday was a horrible day, I got in a big fight with an ex so I was in a horrible mood so I went to the gym (which just so happened to be the place he was at which made me more mad) and got this awesome work out in then I check my myspace when i get home and i have this incredibly mean message from this guy i really liked and that basically ruined my day so i just kinda binged and ugh i feel bad about it but i'm kinda to that point who do i got to impress anymore? I think today is just gonna be a "ME" day and i'm gonna let myself eat whatever and get it all outta my system and maybe this will remind me that i'm trying to get into better shape for only me and nobody else. Plus its raining outside so its kinda depressing as well. Oh well good luck everyone else today, i hope u have lots more motivation then i do 3

you can have your you day but dont eat to much! if you exercised then you can have a little something like ice cream or cake but dont over eat you have lost 30 pounds so far, dont let this guy ruin it for you its not worth it!
