Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today, Honey Nut Cheerios and water. For lunch a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and water, for supper a hamburger with just ketchup and pickles, and a small Minute Maid lemonade. For snack 150 cal fiber bar. For exercise 10 min of tag and running, 15 min basketball, 25 min walking. 5 min treadmill and many more exercises. How did I do PLEASE RESPOND

if you like, you can add 2 glasses of milk to your day for some calcium and extra protein...unless you don't like dairy?

good you exercised probably all of it off but the hamburger which means you didnt go over how many calories you can have in a day so you did excelent.

u did pretty good but try nopt to eat a hamburger unless its small and or lean meat
