Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok so far 2day hasnt been great but not terrible either,
b-oatmeal 130cals
l- a LITTLE bit of shrimp chinese stuff just a LITTLE though and skim milk
snack- i had a sunny d( not good, i was really thirsty though b/c i was playing in the snow for like a half hour)
and i had a yogurt and some saltines
i feel bad for what i had for lunch so im goanna have a salad for supper, im not very hungry anyways, howd i do?? i need 2 work out now!! ttyl! PLEASE REPLY! rach

you did good! everyone seems to think that you need to eat healthy 24-7 I think that all you need is exercise and some foods more than others like more veggies instead of ice cream! just exercise dont eat past 8:30 and you will do good!

i think you did pretty good you are should walk some though when there isnt any snow.
