Ht. 5'1", Start: 212 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 170 lb - okay. so i'm rachael .. and i'm basically sick of being fat. it's annoying going into stores and nothing quite fits right. or going out to dinner and feeling guilty about having that OCCASIONAL dessert. i've been trying to loose weight for a while. nothing seems to work.. on a normal day. i don't eat breakfast or eat 100 cal. pack. lunch south beach diet wrap (200 calories) .. a small snack at home, and dinner w/e my mom makes which nothing is ever fried. --i would love to be like a comfortable size large. like go into w/e store. right now i'm like a size 16/18-- and xl and xxl. its beat. i go to the gym 3 or more times a week. and take my puppy on walks every day. like i feel like no matter what i do it doesn't help. and then there's my friends who think they are fat and AREN't and are able to loose weight. i just don't get it!!!!! i need help so email me calidreamcolada@aol.com =D i really want like maybe a buddy or smthng to chat with about the same stats as me.

When you eat more calories than you burn, you gain wait. You need to set a diet for yourself, even talking to your doctor would help. Ask your parents, friends, siblings whoever, for support on this. Easier said than done, exhibit self-control. When you feel yourself craving chips or whatever, grab a bottle of water! Water is a must! It's all about portion control too! Just adjust the amount of food you are ingesting. Don't starve yourself either, good old diet and exercise is the way to go!

eat more. Your starving yourself so your body isn't letting you lose any weight. Eat at least 1,200-1500 caloris a day. It's a must. Other than that keep up the great exercise.
