Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i had an awesome work out last night :P i went to the fall out boy concert and i was in the mosh pit and just jumping around screaming i was sweating so much lol i recomend that 4 a workout lol
